Changing Your Plan
Moving between credit bundles, and between plans.
Your plan is a monthly credit bundle. Changing it means picking a different bundle, or cancelling.
Subscribing
- Go to Plan in your dashboard (or the pricing page).
- On the Essential card, choose how many credits a month you want. The card opens on 410 credits (€199), the smallest Essential bundle.
- Choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly is 20% off and grants the whole year's credits on day one.
- Complete checkout through Stripe. Your credits are in your balance as soon as the payment clears.
Business is not bought from a card. Contact sales and it is priced to what you run.
Moving to a bigger bundle
Pick a bigger bundle on the Essential card and confirm. Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of the current period, and the difference in credits is added to your balance right away. Bigger bundles work out cheaper per credit, so if you keep buying top-ups, moving to a bigger bundle is usually the cheaper fix.
Moving to a smaller bundle
Pick a smaller bundle and confirm. Nothing is charged today. The smaller bundle takes over at your next renewal, and the credits you already hold stay spendable until their own expiry date.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing portal linked on your plan page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, then your account moves to Free:
- No new credit grants. Credits already in your balance stay spendable until they expire.
- Passive scan quotas revert to 5 scans a day, 3 pages, 18 checks.
- Monitoring schedules are paused and alert channels stop sending.
- GitHub fix pull requests stop.
- Past scan results, pentest reports and findings stay accessible.
